It is an honor and privilege to announce that tonight at the Seven Rivers District Eagle Board, our own Charlie DeFlaminio attained Scouting’s highest rank, that of Eagle Scout!
As expected, Charlie represented his family, troop and community with the highest degree of dignity. He now joins the special group of young men of Troop 14 dating back to 1997, who typify the finest in what Scouting can produce.
Please join me in congratulating our 29th and newest Eagle Scout Charlie DeFlaminio and his family on a job well done! Also thank you to all the volunteers past and present of Troop 14 who helped Charlie reach the highest rank in scouting.
